Pay Your Bill Online
Our Online Bill Payment Service allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill online. You can now pay our bill 24/7. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and Electronic Check. There is a $2.95 service fee for each transaction per $200 increment. Have your account number handy. Just click the green "PAY YOUR BILL NOW" button to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment By Phone
We do not take phone payments in our office but you can call our third party source, Paymentus Corporation, to make a payment by phone. Paymentus will charge a $2.95 service fee for each transaction per $200.00 increment. This fee covers payment handling and processing charges. The number to reach their automated service is 1-855-990-9492.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account on the 15th or next business day and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply fill out the ACH Authorizations Agreement and include a voided check and drop it off or mail it to our office.
Payment At Our Office Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office location. We accept cash, check, or money orders.
Payment Drop Box
For added convenience we offer a Drop box at our office location for bill payment. We accept check and money order. We strongly suggest that you do not put cash payments in the drop box. Night deposit payments will be credited on the next business day.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
