Pay Your Bill Online
Our Online Bill Payment Service allows you to pay your utility bill conveniently online at any time—24/7. We accept major payment methods, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Electronic Checks. Please be aware that our third-party payment processor, NCR Corporation, charges a fee for this service. The fee is $2.45 for credit card transactions up to $750, while there is no charge for E-checks up to $20,000.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment By Phone
We do not take phone payments in our office but you can call our third party source, NCR Corporation, to make a payment by phone. NCR will charge a $2.45 service fee for each transaction per $750.00 increment for debit/credit card and E-checks up to $20,000. This fee covers payment handling and processing charges. The number to reach their automated service is 1-888-807-2893.
Automatic Bank Draft
Experience a hassle-free way to pay your water bill with our Automated Bank Draft service! Your monthly bill amount will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the due date, the 20th of each month. This payment will be credited directly to your utility account. There are no setup fees or additional charges for using this payment method. To enroll in the Automated Bank Draft service, please sign up through our customer portal.

Payment At Our Office Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office location. We accept cash, check, or money orders.
Payment Drop Box
For added convenience we offer a Drop box at our office location for bill payment. We accept check and money order. We strongly suggest that you do not put cash payments in the drop box. Night deposit payments will be credited on the next business day.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
